The development pipeline is a key component of the Aventus portfolio enhancement strategy, focusing on year one returns.

We are committed to enhancing the value of our portfolio, providing benefits for tenants, investors and the local community. In 2017-18, Aventus invested $32 million in development projects, creating an additional 10,850m2 in gross leasable area and nine per cent in cash yield. In 2018-19, we have forecasted $40 million in development and 11 planning approvals that will allow us to expand, reposition and revitalise our existing portfolio.
