Part time Maintenance Supervisor, Sunshine Home Centre QLD
We have an opportunity for a hands-on jack of all trades to join our Queensland team, based at our exceptional Sunshine Home Centre located at 100 Maroochydore Road. Working independently, you will be an expert in getting things done. Each day will be varied and spread across 25 hours each week; however, your duties will include: • General care of the centre and performing repair and maintenance work, both responsively and on a preventative basis • Being first responder to tenant enquiries regarding facilities matters • Guiding the general public in respect of general enquiries • Proactively maintaining the centre so it presents in a way that makes you and our team proud To be suited to this role, you’ll be a self-starter who can work both independently as well as part of a team.
